How to Setup an Air Sensor
Your school can request an air quality sensor from SEPA to monitor air quality around their school. If your school has done so (ask your teacher) the sensor should have been installed at the pupil drop-off/pick-up point or next to a busy road to measure patterns of air pollutants (particulate matter and nitrogen dioxide) from vehicle exhaust.
These measurements will automatically be sent back to a database and you can access that information with help from your teacher to see what the levels are at your school.
